Every member of our service team has undergone extensive training to work on MINI models, so you can feel confident with your car in our hands. At the very least, the technician has undergone MINI basic training.
Additional training includes MINI Drive Line, which includes two of the vehicles engines— W10 and W11— as well as transmissions (automatic and manual), engine management, suspension and steering, brakes, and traction controls. The top MINI certifications are MINI R56 and MINI R60, which introduces trainees to vehicle electronics and modules, driver information systems, information/communication technologies, and more. We also provide free loaner vehicles. When you bring a vehicle in for service, our technicians will perform a complimentary multi-point inspection to make sure the car is safe and operating properly.
